Breakfast: Continental style - cereals, toast and homemade jam, fresh orange juice, tea or coffee, fruit, meats, cheese, eggs etc. Full table service - no buffet

Terms -

  1. Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere in the house but is allowed in the gardens.
  2. Pets may accompany you free of charge but there is a refundable cleaning deposit of £30.00 per animal to cover any 'accidents'.
  3. Price includes tea and coffee facilities in the room and breakfast.
  4. Check-in is normally 3pm-7pm. For special requirements, please arrange in advance. Check-out is no later than 12pm unless pre arranged.
  5. A 50% deposit is required at point of booking with balance due on or before day of departure. Cancellation within 7 days of your check-in day will result in the full booking deposit being charged. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in the whole booking being charged. We reserve the right to charge your card for any cancellations, un-paid balances, breakages or damages during your stay.
  6. Payments are processed through Travel & Leisure Group and will appear as such on your statement.
  7. Access statement is available to view/download here
